Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Updated a year ago

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly give you a full refund or store credit for the amount of your purchase. Give us a call at +1 940-209-1206 or email [email protected] to request a refund.


If it has been beyond 30 days and you have an issue with a product you purchased from us, please give us a call or email us so we may assist.

 

Please note:

  • Refunds are limited to a max of 3 of the same SKUs within one order. 
  • Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday, and our 12 Days of Christmas sales are considered Final Sales. There are no refunds, replacements, or returns.
  • If you purchased our product in a 3rd party retail location, please contact them for refunds or exchanges.
  • We will not honor these terms if the item was sent to another address after original delivery or if the buyer used third-party freight forwarding or mail redirection.
